It is not English lessons. Your English is already good enough to do your job; mentoring is about using it with confidence.

Who you'll talk to
I'm Jamie Nuttall, founder of Infinite North Advisory. I've spent more than 15 years in commercial and business development roles across Europe, most of them in Brussels.
I started my career at the Center for Creative Leadership and Management Centre Europe (AMA Global), then worked at the Top Employers Institute in Amsterdam, the European Business Summit, FinTech Belgium, the European Petrochemical Association, Executive Global Network and the European DIGITAL SME Alliance, where I was Account Manager for Skillnet Ireland. Along the way I trained, coached and mentored sales teams, and worked every day with colleagues for whom English is a second language.
In 2025 I took a six-month career sabbatical to travel and lay the foundations for what came next. During that time I saw a growing need for experienced, human-centred support that organisations and professionals could access flexibly, so in 2026 I launched Infinite North Advisory.
I'm a native British English speaker and hold a Level 5 TEFL qualification, so I understand how language confidence is built. But our conversation will be about you and your goals, not grammar.

Is the career review really free?
Yes. It is a free 20-minute video call with no obligation to book anything afterwards.
Is mentoring the same as English lessons?
No. Your English is already good enough to do your job. Mentoring is about using it with confidence: presenting, writing and speaking up in meetings, planning your career, and working through the real issues you face at work. I hold a Level 5 TEFL qualification, so I also understand how language confidence is built, but every session is centred on your goals, not grammar.
How do I book a mentoring session?
Start with the free 20-minute review so we can agree what you need. After that you can book and pay for single sessions or a package through a secure payment link. All sessions take place online by video call.
Can my employer pay for mentoring?
Yes. Many firms fund mentoring from their learning and development budget. We can invoice your employer directly and offer team packages. Get in touch and we will send a short proposal you can share with HR or L&D.
