Refund Policy
Cancellations:
Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled consultation. Refunds will be processed within 15 to 30 days.
Late Arrivals:
There is a 5-minute grace period. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you'll need to reschedule. We offer one complimentary reschedule. If you miss the grace period and don't notify us within 24 hours, no refund will be provided, and a new booking will be required.
How does appointment scheduling work?
When you've completed purchasing you'll be able to login to your coaching account and can find out the next steps required to book a time for your appointment from there.
Is it possible to buy coaching more than once?
For sure! You simply need to purchase coaching again and will be able to get access to another set of coaching sessions.
