Heart In The Valley - A4 Print
A lone farmhouse nestled in the hills, framed by winding roads and distant mountains. A quiet reminder of slow living and the grounded rhythm of Tasmania’s highlands. I remember standing there on the path as I was looking down at this building, thinking of the lives and stories that have walked passed there. How many were happy? How many were sad? It was a cold rainy day when I visited, I remember feeling like I was the only person there, even though there were plenty of others around me.
It's funny how we can feel so alone, even though we are surrounded by an all consuming world. While I know it's just a building, I wonder just how many lives it has lived. And if it were capable of feeling like how we do, would it be happy with how things have worked out?
