The Same Morning
In May 2025 I had 1,145 followers. In September 2026 I passed 100,000.
I'm not a social media expert. Until March of this year I was a carpenter, employed, eight hours a day. No course, no agency, no algorithm study. A phone, a tripod, and an old hut in the Italian Alps that belonged to my grandparents.
I made the same morning video for a year. That's the whole thing.
This book is what happened in between, with the real numbers.
One of my videos got 4,495,552 views and brought me 950 followers. Another got 457,570 — one tenth as many — and brought me 7,074. Both are in here, taken apart clip by clip, along with one that failed badly.
Inside: my videos broken down shot by shot, including the ones that didn't work. Real numbers, no rounding in my favor. The exact process I use to film and edit, which is dumber than you'd think. How the first money arrived, and what I was earning when I quit my job.
Not inside: secrets, formulas, guaranteed methods. I'm not promising you 100,000 followers. What happened to me happened to me — part of it repeats, part of it doesn't, and every time I can't tell which, I say so.
