The best time to undertake this meditation is during the Summer Solstice period.

During this meditation, will be guided to journey to The Underworld where you will be offered the chance to clear and replenish your energies throughout your entire mind, body, soul and aura.

You will then be offered the opportunity to receive a message from Gaia and/or your Guides. Journeying back, feeling lighter, refreshed and energised.
