Crenellated Scarf

The Crenellated Scarf, with its textured pattern, feels plush and warm against the winter cold. The textured pattern is created with just knit and purl stitches (and includes both charted and written instructions). A 3-stitch Garter edging is worked at each edge and the first stitch of each row is slipped purlwise with the yarn held forward to produce a neat, rope-like finished edge.
