This 1-on-1 letting go coaching session is based on lived experience, self-observation, and simple body awareness—not theory, motivation, or forced positivity.

I’m not here to “fix” you or tell you what you should feel.


This session is about helping you understand what’s already happening in your body and how letting go actually works in real life.


During the session, we explore:

What letting go really means (and what it doesn’t)

Why resistance keeps sensations, triggers, and emotions stuck

How allowing sensations—without forcing them away—creates relief

How to relate differently to triggers instead of fighting them

How to practice body awareness in a way that feels safe and doable


This approach is especially helpful if you:

The physics of feeling(direct and educational)

David Hawkins taught us that our thoughts are merely the mind’s attempt to explain the "pressure" of suppressed emotions. When we experience trauma, that energy gets trapped. No amount of over-analyzing the past will release it; we have to go straight to the source.

​In our work, we use the Letting Go (Surrender) method to bypass the mental stories and focus entirely on the physical sensations. By allowing these "energy packets" to surface without resistance, judgment, or the need to "fix" them, the energy finally runs its course and dissolves. You aren’t broken; you’re just carrying a heavy load that you finally have permission to put down.
