These Fall Zen Doodle Coloring Pages are a set of 10 detailed, hand-drawn fall mindfulness coloring sheets that help students relax, focus and express creativity through art. Each page is an original Ms Artastic design, not clip art, with fall imagery such as leaves, owls, pumpkins, squirrels, scarecrows and autumn trees.

They are designed for Grades 3 to 8 and work with any coloring medium: pencil crayons, crayons, markers, watercolor paint, chalk pastels or oil pastels. Use them for fall art activities, early finishers, SEL and mindfulness lessons, sub plans, or any quiet afternoon when you need a calm, purposeful activity.

WHAT TEACHERS ARE SAYING

★★★★ “I use these coloring sheets to practice with my younger students how to take our time with coloring. This is a great example of how we can always come back to our work and finish our coloring project chunks at a time.” Amelia H.

WHAT STUDENTS LEARN

Students practice mindfulness through art, build fine motor skills and pattern awareness through detailed designs, and make their own creative choices. The pages explore the Elements of Art line, shape and pattern.

Print, copy and hand out the pages, and encourage students to color each shape individually using a variety of tones, patterns and hues so each design becomes their own. Remind them that this is a slow, creative process meant to help them relax, focus and recharge. The pages also work for art centers, early finisher bins, brain breaks, homeschool enrichment and fall bulletin boards or hallway displays.
