Dr. Timothy Leary, one of the most revolutionary thinkers of all time, began his work with psychotherapy and mind expansion at Harvard University in 1959. His successful therapeutic experiments with psychedelics ended with their illegalization in 1966, and Dr. Leary’s work became centered on new scientific means of extending life and increasing intelligence. Psychology author and novelist, he created computer software train and entertain the mind. He was a major proponent of virtual reality systems before they were technologically possible.
