Change-of-mind returns and exchanges:

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind once the files have been made available to you. Please read the product description, inclusions and any software requirements carefully before purchasing.

Problems with your purchase:

If you have trouble downloading or opening your files, receive an incorrect file, or believe the product is faulty or significantly different from its description, please contact us through Payhip Messages with your order number and details of the issue. Screenshots are helpful where available.

We will help resolve the problem and provide a corrected file, replacement, refund or other remedy where appropriate or required by law.
