BREAKING INTO INTERNATIONAL CAREERS

The Honest Guide Nobody Writes - 130 pages · Real data · No jargon · Concrete steps

------

Every week I receive messages from talented, committed professionals who have been applying to the UN and international organizations for years — and getting nowhere.

Some have applied 30, 40, 50 times. Some have paid coaches who sell 'UN application strategies' that, in most cases, will not change the outcome. Some have invested in expensive master's programmes they were told would open doors that remain closed.

I spent 25 years inside the United Nations system. I know how hiring actually works — who gets in, why, and what the official process obscures. This guide is my attempt to tell you what most people in my position will not say out loud.

The goal is not to discourage you. The goal is to save you years.
