Most families spend 60–90 minutes completing the story and activities, but children can enjoy them at their own pace and revisit the collectibles anytime.
Not at all! Every adventure begins with a fun "Previously in the Heart Atlas..." recap to refresh your child's memory. They'll also continue collecting map pieces, clues, and keepsakes that help them remember the journey and build excitement for what's next.

Hi, I’m Mariana, the creator of The Mapmakers Society.
The idea was inspired by my daughter and her experience with dyslexia. I saw how difficult it could be to find stories that felt accessible without losing the excitement, imagination, and depth children deserve.
I created The Mapmakers Society for children who learn differently, imagine deeply, and sometimes need stories to meet them where they are. My hope is that each adventure helps children feel curious, capable, and excited to read.
