The Method

The Conscious Minds Method™ 🌱

The Living Framework of The Conscious Minds Method™ is a unique approach to home education that supports the whole family.

The framework is made up of four interconnected parts:

Supporting the mother & child’s nervous system, wellbeing and capacity through mindful practices, reflection, monthly calls and seasonal rhythms.

🌳 The Trunk

The foundations that hold everything together; parenting perspectives, research, guidance and deeper understanding.

🌿 The Branches

The learning itself; seasonal themes, learning experiences, accompanying resources, books, conversations and shared discoveries.

🏡 The Village

A community of like-minded mothers learning, growing and supporting one another along the way. Regular groups support calls, Mother meets and children’s show & tell.
