The Regular Guy’s Guide to Discipline: Today’s Decisions Create Tomorrow’s Freedom
You don’t need more motivation. You need to make a decision.
Most of us already know at least one area of our lives that needs to change. The problem usually isn’t knowing. It’s doing.
The Regular Guy’s Guide to Discipline is a short, practical book about learning to do what you’ve decided to do—even when you don’t feel like doing it.
I’m not a productivity guru or someone with superhuman discipline. I’m a regular guy who spent years knowing certain things in my life needed to change and eventually had to learn how to stop waiting for motivation and start making real decisions.
In this book, I share the principles that helped me do that: dreaming again, deciding what you actually want, counting the cost, removing the back door, doing the work when you don’t feel like it, and continuing forward when things don’t go perfectly.
It’s practical. It’s direct. It’s grounded in my Christian faith. And it’s written for regular people who want to build lives marked by greater discipline, responsibility, purpose, and freedom.
You don’t have to change your whole life today.
You just have to make the next decision.
