STR Host Welcome Kit | Editable Airbnb & VRBO Welcome Book + Signage

Give your short-term rental guests a five-star welcome without designing a thing. An 8-page welcome book — welcome note, WiFi, house rules, local guide, check-out instructions — plus four matching 5×7 signage cards for standard frames.

Every field is editable: type your property's details right over the placeholders and print at home. Designed for Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking hosts who want the space to feel as considered as a boutique hotel.

What's included: the 8-page welcome book and four 5×7 signage cards (WiFi, house rules & more) — print-ready and fully editable.
