Something that has happened and is still happening. Yes, it's true that Jesus triumphed 2,000 years ago, and victory has been given to us. But the enemy hasn't simply retreated. He's still on the prowl, doing everything he can to deceive believers.

We can't just stand still. We have to learn something. Often, the difference between standing and falling is simply the knowledge we grasp. Doing nothing after being born again is not wise. Even though we've already received our "ticket" to heaven, we shouldn't just stand still, because Christianity isn't passive.

If we're honest, there's still much we need to understand. When we have knowledge, we might be able to help those who don't know, perhaps even save them from destruction.

Often, we don't realize how little we know until we start learning.

If not for us, perhaps this book is for someone we know.

Understanding spiritual warfare isn't just about defeating the enemy, but about living in continual victory.
