USERS THAT ARE BLACKLISTED ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM USING OR PURCHASING MY BASES.

GLOBAL BASE RULES:

• You may use purchased bases for personal use, commissions, and making character designs to sell. The only prohibited use is selling merchandise with my base work. (ie: stickers, t-shirts, charms, ect.)
• You may NOT redistribute the base or resell the base.
• Lines may be traced over with preferred line art pen or altered as long as it is still recognizable. This includes adding accessories, drawing different styled wings, drawing different styled horns, ect. 
• Do NOT claim the base work as your own. Credit is REQUIRED every time you post/share the base. 
• If a watermark is added to the base, you may remove it. However credit is still required.

FILE INFORMATION:

• All files are high quality PSD with organized, labeled layers.
