BEFORE BUYING

This is a desktop/laptop browser application supplied as HTML files. Extract the ZIP, open START-HERE.html, then follow How to use. It is not a spreadsheet, native phone app or hosted account.

Records save in the browser profile you use. Keep the app in a stable folder, use the same browser/profile, and download dated backups after your workday. Clearing browser data can remove the working copy. There is no automatic cloud backup or device sync.

Payments are records of money already received or refunded; this app does not process payments. Reminder messages are drafts for you to review and copy; email or SMS is not sent automatically. No public booking page or parent portal is included.

LICENSE

For personal work or one business’s internal use. You may share documents you create for students. Reselling or redistributing the application is not included. Hosted accounts, custom setup and promised future features are not included.
