This is the oral exam standard introductions/ structures I used in my SQE2 oral exams to structure my submissions/ interviews around.

This document contains my standard form advocacy and client interviewing introductions, and my advocacy submissions structure.

I would adapt each to the question I had to face on the day. Note that deviations from this structure will need to be done depending on the applications/ interviews you get as for example, some applications may be made during a hearing (as opposed to starting a hearing for that application).

This is by no means the only way to answer these questions - it is just what worked for me. It is of course totally up to you whether to use it, or use something else that works better for you.
