I know that many of us, myself included, sometimes may feel unsure on where to begin when reflecting on our thoughts, emotions & patterns. So i've created this 7 day journal, designed to be simple, nurturing & mindful.
The purpose of creating it is to allow you to tune into your nervous system and notice how your body and mind react - important because as you heal, you learn to respond rather than react.
This journal will help you reflect on your emotions and behaviour with curiosity, not judgement, so that you can figure out where to implement better change.
It'll cultivate gratitude and appreciation for yourself and the little moments in life - because that's what life is about :D
