How the process works

Step One: Complete Your Website Interview

After purchasing, you will receive a detailed website questionnaire. Your answers will help Tan understand your business, audience, personality, preferred colors, desired atmosphere, and overall vision.

Step Two: Submit Your Content

You will provide your written content, photographs, product information, links, and access to any accounts needed for your website.

Clients who want products added must already have an active Payhip or Stripe account.

Step Three: Your Website Is Built

Once Tan has received your completed questionnaire and all required materials, your initial five-page website will be designed and returned within 48 hours.

Step Four: Submit Your Revisions

You will receive one consolidated revision round. All requested changes must be submitted together.

Your revisions will be completed and returned within 24 hours.

Step Five: Approve Your Website

After the revisions are completed, you will receive the final website for approval and launch.

This introductory package includes your five-page website, four-color branding palette, first-year hosting, and one standard domain registration.

• The 48-hour turnaround begins only after all requested content, images, account access, and questionnaire answers have been received.
• This package includes one consolidated revision round.
• Each page may contain up to two client-provided images.
• Store setup includes up to five existing products.
• Product descriptions, logos, photographs, and written content must be supplied by the client unless additional services are purchased.
• Premium domains, paid applications, premium templates, business email, and third-party subscription fees are not included.
• Domain and hosting renewal costs after the first year are the client’s responsibility.
• Additional pages, products, revisions, or custom features may require an additional fee.
