Sexual Healing and Love

This book was created because I sensed that sharing my own story could be helpful for someone else.

Yet I did not know when I started writing this book that it was actually going to be a real catalyst for my own healing. The message and calling to write this book is from something bigger then myself. It is scary for me to reveal and share my story, yet I see how it has so far helped many to connect to their own story of healing and finding true love within themselves. 

This book is a natural unfolding of the jounery I am on, my journey is all about being real and authentic. Tantra is a big part of my life, to me tantra means so many things, yet the two most imortant parts of tantra to me is the truth of oneness, and the truth that our sexaulity is sacred and to be used as a catalyst for healing, freedom and liberation.  

I include the darkness, pain and destruction in this book because I feel it is just as much love as everything else. To me tantra does not look to avoid or dismiss the darkness we experience in life, tantra is seeing it is all divine. The messy, scary and heartbreak is just as much divine and love as the joy, peace and laughters.

I share tools and practices that have helped me to heal sexually and move into thriving health!
