Sarah is outside breathing some fresh air even though she has to crutch around because of her sprained foot, she’s changing her socks on a bench before getting up to starts crutching. Sarah crutches very slowly and switches every now and then from holding her hurt foot forward and backwards. As the clip went by, Sarah felt confident to walk without the crutches, as she attempts to do it she realises very fast that she couldn’t. Sarah then attempts to do it again but this time with the help of one crutch. It didn’t go as planned which made Sarah’s injury worse, now she’s even more hurt.
