Rocky Coastline Jewellery Dish - Paper Mache

This is my rocky coastline jewellery dish that I made a few years ago. It is a mixed media piece and measures about 5.5 inches in diameter. It is made of recycled paper, paper clay, cotton wool, paint, resin and exterior grade satin urethane. In real life if you look under the “water” near the edge you can see there is some depth to the piece with rocks visible underneath. This dish looks heavy but is relatively light and very strong. It would easily withstand a fall from a cabinet to floor, for example (those with cats will know what I’m talking about!).
