More than a fitness guide, Must Read! Recommended

What I appreciated most was how this book made me stop chasing perfection. The chapter about hip dips really changed my perspective because it explains that some things are simply part of our natural body structure and that’s okay. Instead of promising miracles, it focuses on building strength, confidence, and healthy habits..this book is great toolkit or playbook whenever you feel a pause, or you have quick question, or you want to plan out your workouts.., simply wow.
