What's inside (7 tabs):

- Instructions

- Vehicles: year, make, model, VIN or plate, purchase date and odometer, current odometer

- Service Log: 400 rows with date, vehicle, odometer, service, shop or DIY, cost and notes, using dropdowns

- Schedule: every X miles and/or Y months for each vehicle and service; last done, next due (miles and date), miles left and status

- Fuel Log: fill-ups with MPG calculated between full tanks, and price per gallon

- Summary: service and fuel costs per vehicle (all time and this year), service cost per mile, average MPG, overdue and due-soon counts, and a monthly cost chart

- Lists: rename the service types, and set the "due soon" window

You get a SAMPLE file (two made-up cars) and a BLANK file. Works in Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice and Numbers. No macros.
