• I can and will refuse any commission i don't feel comfortable with
• I will not add DPS/SPS if you are not 18+
• 50% Base price, and 100% assets price is required to start

• You MUST gift me ALL the assets i do not own for your commission (DISCLAIMER: if the assets tos says both parties have to buy it, this means u HAVE to buy the asset as well as buy it for me if i do not own it)
• If you abandon this commission i have the rights to resell your commission on my store page
• Changes to your avatars will not be allowed if i am already in unity, if so it will be an extra 25$ to add more assets
• YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED to resell this commission or give it out in any way
• I am NOT responsible for your avatar breaking with any future VRC updates
• I am NOT responsible for your avatar being leaked or ripped
• I will NOT fix any issues after 1 week has passed since the final avatar

2. It will take me a month (more or less) so that the avatar is perfect
3. Once the avatar is done you will pay the remaining amount and i will then send you the unity package
4. You must provide the assets you want and have them ready
5. You will be put on a waiting list if you have others ahead if you
6. NO REFUNDS WHAT SO EVER
7. I don't work on the weekends (unless i get bored)
