An eleven-lesson audio course to help you understand the changes menopause brings, reconnect with what you need now, and feel more confident about the years ahead.
This course is for you if:
Across eleven short audio lessons, The Gifts of Menopause explores a different story about this transition — one that isn't only about what is changing or being left behind, but about what those changes are making room for.
We explore the gifts of not knowing, presence, a life lived, self-love, freedom, perspective, curiosity and meaning — and what each of them can reveal about the way you want to live now.
There are reflection prompts throughout the course, giving you space to take these ideas beyond the lessons and into your own life.
This isn't about giving you another definition of what menopause should look like. It's about giving you new ways to understand what you're experiencing — and opening up a greater sense of possibility for the years ahead.
Natalie Barney is a teacher and meditation guide whose own journey with menopause began thirteen years ago.
Over those years, she became increasingly aware of the profound ways menopause can change women — not only physically, but in how they see themselves, what matters to them, and how they want to live.
Her experience led her to question the familiar narrative of menopause as something to battle or a period of decline, and to explore the possibility that some of these changes may actually bring women closer to themselves.
In The Gifts of Menopause, Natalie invites women to discover what these years might give them and how, rather than becoming less, they may in some ways be becoming more.
Eleven short audio lessons, each exploring a different way of understanding and experiencing menopause, with reflection prompts to help you bring what you discover into your own life. Move through them at your own pace and return whenever you need to.
