I created my courses to provide women with ADHD easier access to helpful resources, as therapy can often be expensive, inadequate, and inaccessible. Many existing resources are insufficient, and the stigma and discrimination surrounding ADHD often perpetuate shame. Women need support that is both neurodiverse-affirming and based on the best techniques and assistance available.
By addressing these issues, my courses aim to offer an affordable and accessible alternative to traditional therapy. The empowerment model I developed is built upon and continually modified using the best information available. It focuses on self-compassion, self-advocacy, self-accommodation, self-care, and self-awareness, enabling ADHD women to foster self-trust and self-confidence in their journey towards personal growth and well-being.
