A Place to Rest
A Place to Rest is a small collection of gentle, nurturing micro meditations created for those who feel depleted, stretched thin, and disconnected from themselves — but don’t have the energy for another “practice” or programme.
Perfect for fitting in to those small gaps of time as they're only 3-4 minutes long. Whether that gap of time be boiling the kettle or an extended loo break, these are there for you when you need them.
These are not meditations you have to get right.
They don’t require discipline, insight, or commitment.
You don’t need to feel calm, spiritual, or focused to use them.
They are here for the moments when you’ve got very little left.
What this is
- Six short audio meditations (3-4 minutes each)
- Designed to be used anytime, especially when you feel overwhelmed or empty
- A warm nurturing space just for you.
- No goals, no pressure to feel different. Just gentle guidance.
Each audio is there to help you pause, soften, and feel a little more like yourself again.
You might find these helpful if:
- You feel like you’ve lost yourself in day-to-day life,
- You’re giving to everyone else and running on empty,
- You feel guilty all the time,
- Spiritual practices that once helped, now feel hard to access,
- You just want a bit of peace without having to try,
- You don't know what you want, you just know you don't want to feel like this!
What you’ll find inside
Six micro meditations you can choose from depending on how you feel, they are:
When everything feels too much
When you’ve been giving to everyone else
When you don’t feel like yourself anymore
When guilt won’t leave you alone
When you just need some peace
When you don't know what you need.
There’s no right order, you don’t need to use all of them and you can come and go as you need.
What this gives you
- A sense of relief
- A little quiet
- Space to breathe
- A gentle reconnection with yourself
Just somewhere to rest.
