Step 7-Sight Word Toolkit and Slideshow

Introducing The Sight Words Toolkit, a complete first-words resource built around a simple idea: sounds become words, words become sentences, and sentences become meaning. Inside, you'll find first high-frequency words introduced gradually, sentence-building practice, five mini decodable readers, and a real learning pathway from "I know my sounds" all the way to "I can understand what I read."

Alongside it, we built something for the days practice needs to feel a little more like together time: a Family Slideshow you can click through with your child, word by word — big, colorful, and made for a lap and a couch, not a worksheet at a table.

And this is also where we're introducing someone new: meet Ivy 🐾

Ivy is our 3-year-old goldendoodle, and she's about to become a real part of how we teach reading here.
