What if I can’t make it live?

There’s something special about doing it live, with others — we encourage you to join in real time if you can.

But if not, no worries — you’ll have access to the replay for 48 hours after the session.


Can I do this if I’m a beginner?

Absolutely! No experience needed.


Do I need to turn my camera on?

Nope. Camera off is totally fine.

  • 🎧 Use headphones for an immersive audio experience — music is a key part of the practice.
  • 🧘🏻‍♂️ Choose a calm space where you can lie down without distractions. Soft lighting and comfort (a pillow or blanket) are welcome.
  • 🕐 Avoid eating for at least 1 hour before the session.
  • 📶 Make sure your internet connection is stable in that spot.
  • 📱 If possible, use a device that won’t receive calls or notifications during the session.
