Creator Brand Deal Deliverables & Usage Rights Tracker
Creator Brand Deal Deliverables & Usage Rights Tracker
A brand fee is not one number. This tracker splits every deal into what you deliver, what the brand may reuse, where, for how long, and what a renewal costs — so no paid ad keeps running after its licence expired, and no renewal goes unpriced.
What you get: An XLSX workbook with 5 sheets: Start Here (how to use it, a worked example, and the three rules that keep usage rights honest); Deliverables Log (one row per deliverable: brand, campaign, format, due date, status, base creation fee); Usage Rights Log (one row per usage grant: usage type — organic reuse, paid media, whitelisting — channels, territory, start and expiry dates, and a formula-driven usage fee: base fee x usage %); Renewal Watch (the same rights sorted by expiry); Dashboard (deliverables, base fees, usage fees, total deal value, active vs expired rights, and usage fees expiring within 30 days; update the check date and the whole sheet re-ages).
Why it matters: Public 2026 creator-economy reporting keeps making the same point: usage rights are priced separately from creation — commonly 25% to 100% on top of the base fee — and a bundled 'one fee, forever, everywhere' deal is how creators give away renewals for free. This tracker turns that lesson into a row you can actually check.
Worked example included: Launch reel $800 + UGC video $600 + story set $300 = $1,700 in base fees. Usage fees of $400 (50%), $450 (75%) and $75 (25%) add $925, for a $2,625 total deal value. One right has already expired, one expires in 20 days ($400 of usage fees), and one runs to February. Delete the example rows when you start.
Details: Format: XLSX spreadsheet, ready to use in Excel or Google Sheets. Price: $39 USD. Refund: 14 days, as with the rest of the Creator Income Tools line. Note: this tracker records usage terms; it is not legal advice and does not replace a contract.
