No. The sheet works on the free plan: every tab and status, plus Gmail sync for 25 contacts at a time. On the free plan the daily list is sent when you ask for it (FollowSheet → Email me today's list now). Pro ($7/month or $59/year) adds unlimited sync, the automatic daily email and auto follow-up dates. Every new copy starts a 14-day Pro trial with no card. Pro isn't included in this $79.

Will you have access to my Gmail?

No. The script runs in your Google account, and you authorise it yourself. We build the sheet and import your list; you click Sync. We never sign in to your Google account.

Who owns the sheet?

You do, once you click the make a copy link in the delivery email. Your copy, its script and its data are in your Google Drive. We delete our working copy and your CSV within 30 days of delivery, or sooner if you ask.

How do I send my contacts?

Reply to your order email with a CSV file. Payhip checkout can't take file uploads. Any spreadsheet can save as CSV: in Google Sheets, File → Download → CSV; in Excel, Save As → CSV. Name and Email columns are the minimum; we map the rest. You can also share a Google Sheet with labskaruna@gmail.com.

What counts as one round of changes?

One email, within 14 days of delivery, listing everything you'd like adjusted: stages, columns, dropdowns, rules, or a fix to the import. We make all of it in one pass.

What can't you change?

Anything that needs code. For example: new Status labels, new tabs with their own logic, extra columns in the Today tab or the daily email, automations, or other apps. FollowSheet's 18 built-in column names stay as they are, because the script depends on them. You can hide the ones you don't use.

I use Google Workspace. Will it work?

Usually, yes. Some Workspace admins block unverified scripts or sharing from outside the organisation. If yours does, give us a personal Gmail address, or ask your admin first. If it can't work for you, you get a full refund.

When does the 2 business days start?

When we have your complete brief and CSV. Business days are Monday to Friday, Dubai time (UTC+4). If anything is unclear, we ask within 1 business day.

Can you import more than 1,000 contacts, or set up several sheets?

Not in this setup. Each extra sheet would be a separate order. FollowSheet itself handles more rows (run Set up / repair to extend the formulas), but we import up to 1,000.
