Dancing Grass

Dancing Grass socks are easy and quick to knit. They are featuring a beautiful lace pattern reminding me the waving grass on the grassland.
Socks are worked toe-up, seamlessly in the round, with the heel flap.
The pattern has both, charts and written instructions.

SIZES
{ 1 – 60sts, 2 – 64sts, 3 – 72sts }
Finished foot circumference, unstretched: { 17.7, 18.8, 21.1 } cm / { 7, 7.5, 8.5 } ”
The socks were designed to be worn with about 2.5 cm / 1 “ of negative ease in width.

YARN
1 skein of Woollala Sock Merino ( 75% Wool - Merino, 25% Nylon / Polyamide; 420m / 459y per 100g ) or about { 200, 220, 240 } m / { 218, 240, 262 } y of any other fingering weight yarn.

Note that the yardage is estimated and depends on sock length.

NEEDLES
2.25 mm ( US #1 ) circular needles for magic loop or DPNS, or size needed to get the right gauge.

ADDITIONAL MATERIALS
stitch markers, row counter, tapestry needle for weaving ends.

GAUGE
34 sts and 48 rounds = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4 “ - in stokinette stitch pattern worked in the round with 2.25 mm ( US #1 ) needles, after wet blocking.
Adjust needle size if necessary to get given gauge.
