DESCRIPTION

ONCE SMITTEN is an asymmetrical shawl knit with three engaging lace sections alternated with relaxing garter stitch rows creating interest and texture throughout the design. The lace is an easy to memorize 4-step repeat over two rows. A larger gauge is utilized allowing the lace to open up and shine!

Recommended Yarn:
This shawl is designed for a DK weight wool/wool blend. I knit my sample in Madelinetosh Tosh DK (115g / 225 yd / 205 m), a 4 ply 100% SW Merino wool.
