Please ensure your email address is entered correctly, as it will be our primary method of communication for design approvals, revisions, and updates.

When completing your customization form, please include:

• Any special requests

Once your customization details have been received and reviewed, an invoice for any remaining balance will be sent if applicable. Design work will begin only after all customization details have been received and payment has been paid in full.

Because all designs are custom created specifically for you, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available once design work has begun.
