Sketch Presentation Template for Logo Designers

An 11-slide presentation template for designers who want to explain their logo concepts clearly and guide useful client feedback.

Give your sketches a clear presentation. Introduce your creative direction, explain the thinking behind each concept, compare the options, and help your client understand what to consider before moving forward.

Built primarily for Keynote, this template gives you a reusable structure for the sketch stage of your next logo project. An editable PowerPoint file is also included.

Space for the work and the thinking

Five matching concept pages give you room to present a symbol or monogram, its primary logo, and a short explanation of the idea. Replace the artwork labels with your own sketches, add your rationale, and bring the directions together on a labeled comparison slide. The feedback guidelines and next-step pages help you explain how the client can respond.

Use fewer concepts by removing unused pages and comparison rows, or duplicate a concept page when your project needs more.

What’s included

  • Editable Keynote (.KEY) master with 11 landscape slides
  • Matching editable PowerPoint (.PPTX) file
  • Five concept pages with space for artwork and rationale
  • Full 11-page PDF visual preview
  • 11 PNG slide previews at 1920 × 1080 pixels
  • Six-page buyer guide
  • START HERE quick-start graphic
  • Font instructions, slide index, placeholder map, and client presentation checklist
  • Single-purchaser license for unlimited personal and client projects

What the presentation covers

Project cover, logo review criteria, round introduction, five logo concepts, concept comparison, feedback guidelines, and next steps.

All text is editable, including the phase labels, concept names, review criteria, and feedback examples. Adapt the wording to your own process and the needs of each project.

How to use it

  1. Download and extract the ZIP.
  2. Review the buyer guide and font requirements.
  3. Save a project copy of the Keynote master or matching PowerPoint file.
  4. Replace the client details, artwork labels, concept names, and rationale.
  5. Update the comparison slide and remove any unused directions.
  6. Set the feedback channel, deadline, and next phase.
  7. Review the presentation, then export and check a PDF for your client.

Before you purchase

Keynote on macOS is the intended editing workflow. The master was opened and inspected in Keynote 14.2.

An editable PowerPoint file is included, but it has not been visually tested in Microsoft PowerPoint. Earlier app versions and browser editors have not been tested. Review every slide in your chosen application before client delivery.

The presentation uses Helvetica Neue in regular, bold, and italic styles. Font files are not included. You’ll need your own licensed matching fonts or review the layouts after substitution.

The deck contains 11 slides on a 1920 × 1080 canvas in 16:9 format. Five slides share the same concept layout. It is designed for digital presentation.

Artwork labels are editable text placeholders. Delete them and insert your own artwork. Repeated logo positions are independent, so replacing a logo on a concept page will not automatically update the comparison slide.

PDF and PNG files are flattened visual previews. Native Canva, Figma, and Google Slides templates are not included.

License

One purchaser may use this template for unlimited personal and paid client projects. Substantially customized, client-specific presentations may be delivered to those clients.

The blank template and reusable layouts may not be shared, redistributed, or resold. Full license terms are included in the download.
