All sessions are non-refundable.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule your appointment.
One complimentary reschedule is permitted.
Missed appointments, cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a rescheduled session will result in the forfeiture of the session.
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time to honor all client appointments.
