This browser app keeps roles, service dates and people together, fills open spots by role, skips dates people can't serve, and tracks who has confirmed. Works in the browser on any device, offline after it opens, with your data saved only on your device. You get a hosted app link, a How to Open PDF and an unlock code.
WHAT IT DOES
• Home screen: this week's team by role, spots filled, and the next service date
• Stat cards: Open spots, Confirmed, Pending replies, Needs a sub, Volunteers active
Needs your attention list: open spots in later services, spots marked declined or needs a sub, people who haven't •confirmed
• Roles and service dates you set up (Greeter, Usher, Nursery, Sound, Parking and more, or type your own)
• Volunteer list with the roles each person serves in and the dates they're unavailable
• Fill open spots and Auto-rotate month, which suggest good fits and skip unavailable dates
• Status on each spot: Confirmed, Pending, Declined or Needs a sub
• Roster by week and Roster by person, ready to print
• Dropdowns with common choices plus "Other (type your own)"; your own entries are remembered
• Upload a list from CSV with a template and a preview; export CSV
• Backup and Restore to save a copy or move to another device, plus Print roster
• 4 color themes (Sunrise, Stained glass, Olive grove, Navy and gold), and Load example to see it filled in first

Your data stays in this browser on this device. It works offline after it opens and sends nothing off your device.
LIMITS
• It doesn't send texts or emails. Share the printed roster or tell people yourself.
• It doesn't store giving or donation data.
• Data lives in one browser. Use Backup to keep a copy.
