Sleeping Etiquette In Islam– Illustrated

Sleep is one of the blessings of Allah [s]. Allah [s] has narrated the blessing of sleep as a token of his gratitude in the ‘Quran. According to Surah Rome Ayat No. 23 “Your Night’s sleep is one of the signs of Allah”. We should thank Allah [s] that HE has bestowed us the blessing of sleep.
