JR Deacon Training Guide

You won’t find the title “junior deacon” in the Bible…but you can begin training young men and women to serve the right way.

This guide was created to help churches take willing youth and give them direction—teaching them how to serve with character, responsibility, and faith from an early age.

Instead of just keeping them busy, this provides a simple, structured path that walks them through:

• Doing the right thing
• Building habits with God
• Handling people wisely
• Being dependable and trustworthy
• Understanding what they believe
• And even sharing a short, simple message
