Ever since the start of my lifting journey, I wanted to create MY OWN WORKOUTS, so that is exactly what I have done. I documented all of it from the very beginning, hoping to be able to share it with others in the future as I am doing now.


IMPORTANT:

Below, there are 5 different splits. That is because I change my split whenever I feel that my muscle growth/strength seems to plateau. So, I decided to create a bundle deal for all splits.

Clearly, these programs have worked for me and my clients (shown above), but since I created these workouts throughout my lifting career, they might not be the most "optimal" (according to social media standards).
