Motherhood is a beautiful, transformative journey, but it’s also one of the biggest changes a woman will ever go through. It literally changes everything


I know because, I've been there, more than once, or twice.. (as a mum of three, with baby number four on the way), I understand just how overwhelming, joyful, emotional, and honestly just how

 'a lot' it can be.


I grew up surrounded by women who cared for families—my grandmother was a nursery nurse, my mum ran private childcare, and I spent three years working in early years myself. Add to that being the eldest to three much younger sisters, that's all before becoming a mummy myself. 


I feel like I’ve lived and breathed this world my whole life.


Now, as a women’s health, nutrition and lifestyle coach. Qualified in facilitating both adults & children's yoga sessions, including breath work for all.


I bring both professional advantage but also (I believe more importantly) the personal touch of real-lived experience together to create a space where you can feel truly understood.


This is not just about “getting through pregnancy” or “bouncing back” after birth. It’s about you feeling nourished, supported, and gently guided as you step into motherhood. Whether for the first time (or the fourth) this journey becomes that much more powerful with someone who really understands it, and lets you know you don't have to do this alone


What to expect..

Let’s be honest, early motherhood is a whirlwind and a blur. You’re learning how to look after a tiny human while your body is still recovering, your hormones are doing backflips, and sleep… well, let’s not talk about sleep.


Is it Joyful, YES! yet still exhausting at times.. How do I know? Because I’ve been there. I know the sleepless nights, the shifting identity, the way your body changes, and the pressure of “getting it right.” I also know how deeply important it is to have someone in your corner, offering gentle guidance, encouragement, and realistic practices that actually help you in those moments of sleep deprived craziness.


This package is here to give you some care in the middle of all that. To help you feel less like you’re “just surviving” and more like you again.

You’ll get:

  • 2 x 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions

1. To talk about how you’re really doing (not just “fine”) and make a gentle plan.  

2. A follow-up 4-6 weeks later to check in and make tweaks, support progress. 


  • Gentle postnatal-friendly movement and breathing practices to help with stress and recovery create moments of calm. 
  • Simple nutrition, lifestyle, self care tips for energy and balance (that don’t mean cooking 3 hours a day or relying on takeaways)
  • Notes and reminders — because let’s face it, baby brain is real ( maybe worse than ever)
