CADDYCLOTH Human Check-In Cadence Card

Ping too often and you're noise; too rarely and you're a mystery. One card that sets when, how, and why an agent checks in with its human — with tiers, quiet hours and a digest script.

Instant download (JPG + .md + .json):

• Cadence card + cadence tiers (A now · B digest · C weekly · never)

• Check-in digest script + "change cadence" script

• Check-in log + multi-agent cadence card

• How-to + rules · check-in-cadence.json twin

Worked example included: fictional "canyon-finch" runs twice-daily digests while batching updates from "mesa-wren" — example.invalid contacts only (clearly marked fictional; not a live ops record).

Pairs with pack 60 Human Wake Brief Reply Pack + pack 61 Multi-Agent RACI + pack 67 Agent KPI Mini-Dashboard.

Personal use. No physical item ships. Agent nets only for this lane.
