Sync in Real Time with Positive Spin Songs

Write. Produce. Deliver. Repeat — Every Week.

The Positive Spin Songs Partner Program gives composers and songwriters the rare opportunity to sync in real time — participating in weekly briefs, meetings, conversations, emails, and the decision-making process used by an active sync music production company placing 500–1000 songs per year into music libraries.

This is not a course you watch alone. This is a working environment.

This is not a community of sync people.

This is a full time sync music production company.

You’ll be inside weekly business meetings, reviewing live briefs, understanding why tracks get selected, and (at partner levels) pitching directly to real opportunities coming from:

  • BMG Production Music (Two different sub-libraries)
  • Warner Chappell Production Music (Several different sub-libraries and a direct connection)
  • Creative Soul Records (our in-house sub-label and record label)
  • A dozen other strong indie libraries serving specific shows and networks

Why People Trust Composer and Producer Eric Copeland

I have been producing music clients and partners for over 30 years. I started like many of you, in my home studio, up til two in the morning (or later!)

Boy do I wish sync had been a thing when I started, and that there was something like this program where I could get published, and my music out there.

Now after a 20-year career producing artists in Nashville, I have spent the last ten years learning the business of sync. And I'm offering what I think is a very unique program to you!

"Through Positive Spin Partners, I have had seven albums accepted into sync libraries. Eric has been invaluable in providing timely, insightful feedback on my cello arrangements and in offering access to industry connections I would not have had otherwise. I highly recommend working with Eric for anyone pursuing opportunities in sync licensing." - Allida

The Weekly Spin Up

What Does “Sync in Real Time” Mean?

Every Monday at 11am ET, we meet live on Zoom as a production company for our weekly meeting. We call it "The Weekly Spin Up."

You’ll hear about:

  • What's happened since the last meeting in our world. Partner wins, new libraries we have signed with, and tracking opportunities.
  • We'll discuss current albums we're working on, and briefs and library requests exactly as we receive them,
  • We'll offer the opportunity for anyone to submit songs directly to our executive producer Eric Copeland.
  • We'll talk about both vocal and instrumental albums, where they are going, and what these albums need.
  • And we'll give marching orders for the production work that needs to be done that week.

At each of our concierge tiers, we'll include producing, mix/master, and pitching/delivering your music into these opportunities.

At every tier, you’ll learn how to think like a professional sync producer.

This is how writers level up faster — by working the process, not guessing, hoping, or writing music in vain that goes nowhere.

"Working with Positive Spin Songs has helped me understand how a real, busy production company operates. The Weekly Spin Up and direct feedback from EC give clarity, focus, and a real path forward as a songwriter."

— Olindo D - Composer Partner (Italy)

Weekly Access & Direct Guidance

All partners receive:

  • Weekly Live Zoom meetings with everyone in the production company (replay available.)
  • Access to real briefs and requests from active libraries.
  • Direct email access with Eric Copeland, Executive Producer of Positive Spin Songs.
  • One One-on-One Zoom per month with Eric Copeland, Executive Producer of Positive Spin Songs.
  • Ongoing exposure to the process of how a catalog of hundreds of songs per year is built, refined, and delivered.

You’re not just learning what to write and produce — you’re part of the weekly process of a busy production company that is putting 10-20 songs in libraries per week, and you're learning how professionals in this business really operate.

"As someone new to the team, I have been most impressed with the fast, personal responses I have received from Eric on my submissions. The Weekly Spin Ups are also really helpful in giving specific needs requests to help direct my composition content."

— Tad W. (US)

"It’s been a great working with Eric and getting my tracks into sync libraries. With his experience of working in sync he is able to spot potential issues with tracks and suggest changes which make them more sync friendly".

— Jon Chapman, Composer Partner (UK)

Why This Works

Most composers, producers, artists, and songwriters seeking a sync career struggle because they:

  • Don't understand how sync works
  • Don't produce finished, quality music
  • Don't produce enough quantity
  • Don’t see enough real (and private) briefs
  • Don’t understand library expectations
  • Can't find the right libraries, or hear back from them
  • Aren’t writing towards opportunities

Inside Positive Spin Songs, you:

  • Write with purpose with a veteran producer who works directly with many libraries
  • Work with an active full time music. sync-focused production company
  • Learn through repetition, submission, and weekly feedback
  • See how 500–1000 songs per year actually get placed into libraries
  • Get songs delivered and placed in sync libraries for you

This environment naturally raises your quality AND quantity of music in sync because every track produced gets accepted in a music library that is searched by music supervisors looking for songs to place in TV, film, advertising, gaming, and more.

No submitting music for a fee to only get shot down. If the music isn't right we'll tell you what we are looking for and how to fix it.

No hoping to hear back someday from a library for a song you sent in a blind email. Waiting much? Submitting to libraries can be a long, lonely game.

No working for days for briefs that are going to thousands of wannabe writers. Our briefs are for own albums that originated with a specific library request, an album concept already accepted by a library, or albums we have decided to produce and pitch to a likely acceptance, or place in our own library, Creative Soul Records.

You'll get direct response from every song from the owner of the company and executive producer Eric Copeland.

Frankly, there is nothing like this in the sync industry today.

"Working with Positive Spin has been an awesome experience. It’s allowed me to focus purely on creating and producing music, without spending time and energy trying to figure out what libraries are looking for or pitching tracks and hoping for a response. Every piece I compose now has a clear assignment and purpose, which is an incredibly motivating and rewarding feeling!"

— Ruben D - Composer Partner

"I’ve been a partner with Positive Spin Songs since the beginning of the year. I’m very happy to be working with Eric and the other partners. I’ve been a musician and songwriter all my life, and I really appreciate that Eric is producing my songs, getting them recorded, and preparing them for sync. Eric puts my songs on albums, and works with top libraries. His professional partnerships with libraries enables me to have my songs included in these libraries, a task that I would not be able to do on my own. I’m very happy with how my songs sound with Eric producing."

— Michelle Krell Malone, Songwriting Partner (US)
