The offline pack is one folder you open in a current desktop browser and keep. It works without internet after download, and nothing is uploaded.

Open index.html in any modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari). No internet and no server. Your member data is saved in this browser on this computer only.

Open the same index.html file every time, in the same browser, on the same computer. A different browser or computer starts empty.

BACK UP OFTEN: Settings > Download backup. Clearing the browser's site data erases the app data. Restore with Settings > Restore backup (a file that is not a valid backup is refused and nothing changes).

If the app is open in two tabs, each change re-reads the saved data first, so one tab does not overwrite the other.

What it does

- Plans with a price, valid days and a visit count (0 = unlimited). Examples: monthly unlimited, 10-visit pack.

- Members: sell or renew a plan by cash or card. A renewal starts from the current end date if the membership is still valid, otherwise from today.

- Today: type a name or phone, press Check in. Expired, frozen and used-up memberships are refused. A second check-in the same day is refused. Undo gives the visit back.

- Counts of active, expiring in 7 days and expired members.

- Freeze and unfreeze a member. Unfreezing adds the whole days frozen to the end date.

- Refund up to what the member has paid in total. Every sale and refund makes a numbered receipt. Receipts can be reprinted and exported to CSV.

- Cash-up for any date: sales, refunds and net by cash and card, memberships sold, check-ins.

- Settings: business name, language (41 languages, right-to-left for Hebrew, Arabic, Persian and Urdu), currency symbol and position, receipt title and footer.

Printing: press Print on a receipt, then choose your printer or Save as PDF.

The pack sets no limit on members or receipts. Data is kept in the browser's roughly 5 MB of storage, enough for a few thousand receipts, so download a backup often. The free demo allows 25 members and 40 receipts.

Notes

- These are simple internal receipts, not tax invoices. The app does no tax reporting. Check your local rules and put any required text in the receipt footer.

- A sale needs an amount above zero, so a free trial cannot be recorded as a sale. Selling to a frozen member is refused until you unfreeze.

- A refund only records the money going out. It does not shorten or cancel the membership.

- Not tested on every browser or printer.

- No online booking, no class timetable, no automatic card billing, no reminders, no sync between computers.
