My Life & Legacy Planner

A guide to my important information, wishes, and instructions — prepared so the people I love can care for things with less worry.

A planner like this is a genuinely kind thing to put together — it takes a real burden off the people you love. I'll build a comprehensive "in case of..." / end-of-life planner covering the key sections people usually need.

t's a 23-page fillable planner (print and write in, or type into if you prefer) with 14 sections: personal info, key contacts, document locations, legal/estate planning, financial accounts, debts, insurance, digital accounts/passwords, health info, funeral and memorial wishes, pets/dependents, property and belongings, personal letters, and final notes — plus a cover page and a short "how to use this" guide up front.

A couple of notes:

• It's an organizational tool, not a legal document — it doesn't replace a will, POA, or healthcare directive, but it'll make those much easier to locate and act on.
• The password section intentionally asks where credentials are stored rather than the passwords themselves, since this document may end up printed or shared. But you could provide it if you wish.
