Join Ryan and Emma in todays Movement & Mobility Class especially designed for the over 60's. Have fun, get fit and enjoy.
🪑 What you’ll need:
A sturdy chair (no wheels)
A Pair of Light Dumbbells - We use 0.5kg to 1.5kg in class (links below)
Alternatively, you can use a couple of tins of beans or something similar
A small amount of space around you
Comfortable clothing
A drink of water
💚 During the class:
Move at your own pace
Only work within a comfortable, pain-free range
Take breaks whenever needed
