To mark the first 100 days of US President Donald Trump's second term, Human Rights Watch has catalogued 100 of the administration’s executive policies, orders, and actions that pose significant risks to the human rights of people in the United States and around the world. The extent and long-term impact of these policies and actions is not known. Many of these rightsabusive policies are moving ahead; many are also facing court challenges brought by those affected, and their outcome may take months or years to resolve. In many instances, ordinary people in the United States and abroad are publicly demonstrating against the measures. This list of 100 harms is not comprehensive. Instead, it seeks to illustrate the sheer breadth of the human rights implications of the administration’s actions during its first 100 days.
